OpenHiring is Municipal 800 Corp’s own recruitment portal. These terms describe the use of job listings, accounts, and communication features.
Purpose
You may browse Municipal 800 Corp openings, create an account, apply for positions, manage your résumé, and track applications. OpenHiring is not a third-party staffing agency.
Responsible use
Provide accurate information. Do not impersonate others, upload harmful files, send abusive messages, or attempt to access other people’s accounts or records.
Account security
Keep your password and email verification codes private. Report suspected unauthorized access to [email protected].
Résumés and applications
You retain applicable rights to your documents and authorize their use for hiring-related purposes. Applying does not guarantee an interview, offer, or employment.
Messaging
Use recruiter chat only for application-related communication. Authorized administrators may moderate messages, with certain actions recorded in the audit history.
Third parties
External employment resources and services such as Google Maps may have their own terms and policies.
Availability and changes
The portal may be unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. We may update these terms as needed without limiting non-waivable legal rights.
