We work to improve keyboard navigation, form labels and errors, legibility, contrast, and responsive layouts.

Email [email protected] with the subject “Accessibility,” the page involved, and the difficulty you experienced.

Call (786) 643-5001 for help using the portal or discussing application accessibility. In-person interviews require an appointment.
Ongoing work
We will review reported barriers and seek reasonable alternatives. We do not claim WCAG certification or a completed accessibility audit.
