Position description

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and personalized service to our customers, both by phone and in person at our offices.

Main responsibilities
Handle customer phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Welcome and assist customers who visit our offices.
Provide clear and accurate information about the company's services.
Listen to and address customers' questions, requests, and concerns.
Guide customers and direct their requests to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain effective and respectful communication.
Help maintain an organized and professional service environment.
Offer a positive experience in every customer interaction.
Candidate profile
Excellent verbal communication in Spanish.
Friendly, respectful, and professional manner.
Positive attitude and service orientation.
Ability to listen to and understand customers' needs.

Patience and willingness to resolve situations effectively.
Neat personal appearance and professional conduct.
Language: Fluency in Spanish is required. Speaking English is not necessary.
